US Water Systems Craft RO Master Brewery Reverse Osmosis System
The Craft RO Master Beer Brewing Water Treatment System is modular by design. This allows each system to be customized to fit every brewer’s water needs. The Craft RO Master delivers up to 16,000 gallons or 120 barrels of high quality water per day. At the heart of this system sits an American made RO module, built with commercial grade American craftsmanship.

Why Reverse Osmosis Is The Best Choice
At US Water Systems we believe that craft beer brewing is an art, and that every artist deserves to have the highest quality canvas on which to ply their trade. For Beer brewing that canvas is pure, contaminant free water. The reverse osmosis process produces water that is soft, mildly acidic and free of contaminants that would affect the taste of your brew. This effectively provides the Brewmaster with water that is in a pure, blank state. Blank state water allows the Brewmaster to adjust levels of calcium, magnesium, sodium, chloride, sulfates, carbonates, and bicarbonates to deliver the desired flavor profile of the beer.

Keep The Beer Flowing
The Craft RO Master is a system that is engineered to last for 15 to 20 years with very little maintenance. The RO Module is American made and achieves 75% recovery while most commercial reverse osmosis systems still operate at 15% recovery. To put that in perspective, a standard reverse osmosis system that produces 2,000 gallons per day, you would also waste about 11,000 gallons a day! Our smallest system makes 2,000 gallons a day and wastes less than 700 gallons.

Which Pumps are Not True Commercial RO Pumps?

Diaphragm Pump
Very light duty pump for intermittent applications. Maybe something you would apply to an under-sink RO

Rotary Vain Pump
Light duty pump for small RO systems where continual operation is not critical Not for heavy duty operations

Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pump
Engineered to operate continuously for long periods of time. A True Commercial Pump that you can count on
A True Commercial RO System Starts With a True Commercial-Industrial Grade Pump and Goulds is the Best of the Best!

NOTE: For greatest economy, longevity and water quality the anti-scalant is placed before the RO system. The system can double in capacity by adding a second RO system and carbon filter at any time. With Anti-Scalant, the system warranty is 2 years. Without it, the warranty is 1 year.
Eligible for 2-Year Warranty with Water Softener or anti-scalant injection

Test Parameters: *550 TDS Filtered (5 Micron), De-Chlorinated, Municipal Feed Water, 65 psi (4.50 bar) Feed Pressure, 100 psi (6.89 bar) Operating Pressure, 77 Degrees F (25 Degrees C), Recovery as stated, 7.0 pH. Data taken after 60 minutes of operation. Scale prevention measures must be taken to prolong membrane life.
Low temperatures and high feed water TDS levels will significantly affect system’s production capabilities. Computer projections should be run for individual applications which do not meet or exceed minimum and maximum operating limits.
NOTE: US Water rates their Reverse Osmosis Systems under industry standards which are tested at 77 degree F, 500 TDS and 60 psi pressure. Production can vary dramatically depending upon water pressure, temperature and TDS (total dissolved solids) levels.
Additionally, for a reverse osmosis system to work effectively and economically, the following must be substantially removed from the water: hardness (to below 1gpg) – which means that a water softeners or anti-scalant must be used, chlorine, iron, sulfur and manganese. If these contaminants are removed and the entire system is purchased from US Water, there will be a 2-year system warranty. Warranty is void if these conditions are not met.

WARNING!
Anti-scalant is shipped as a concentrated solution. This concentrated solution must be mixed with clean RO or Distilled water to the proper level for each system specifically. A water analysis and RO system flow rates must be used to figure the site specific mixture and dose rate. You must call1-800-608-8792 and make arrangements to send your water analysis and flow rate info to our engineers to give you the site specific dosage and mixture. Over or Under concentrated solutions could damage the RO membranes.
